Titewad powder load data.

Hodgdon data says a Federal 12SO wad will work (Claybuster 2100). I tried a few but there ended up with severely dished crimps. These wads work well with 1oz loads but no go on 7/8 loads. I was using Titewad powder in Top Guns and Federal Gold Medals with same result. Does anyone know of a better wad for this load.There are powders that will do 7/8 and use a grain or two less than Clays, but Clays sure will work, and you have it. You can never go wrong with W209 and STS. One powder you might consider is Titewad but it is pretty dense which mean you might get dished crimps on an STS. I have also found reloading data on Alliant .410 but have not found any commentary from anyone who has tried this powder. From a pure cost standpoint, Alliant .410 is the cheapest per pound and also gives the most shells per pound. W296 and Lil'Gun are similar in cost but you get a few more shells from Lil' Gun.
