NOx sensor 1 is located right after the turbocharger. The sensor doesn't seal to the top of the bung. The sensor has a flange that is compressed between the bottom of the bung and the threaded piece on the sensor. The threaded piece spins independent from the sensor. Going to try a step bit/die grinder today.
