If not properly seated when the wheel is reinstalled, this part will not allow the cable to spin. May work for awhile then stop.It is good to go out on the suburban road and drive calmly and evenly at the beginning to allow the supplement to clean everything. Just in case, check the spark plugs if they are easily accessible and adjust their spacing. It is good to look at the air filter and if necessary clean or replace.
