The last replacement was as a result of the dealer being unable to do updates and the WiFi not working for the past month. This replacement occurred yesterday. This did not correct the WiFi issue as it still is not working.So, you should be able to shift the sound to the rear speakers using the Fade control in the Audio settings, if you don't want to hear the DVD playing in the front when you have "Listen In" enabled.
